Davis-Shai House, The

Welcome to the Davis-Shai House. This beautiful Gothic Revival home, dating from the days of the Ohio and Erie Canal, is a link to a quiet past that has become a true showplace. It's the City of Heath's crown jewel and one of Licking County's most beautiful cultural arts and rental facilities.

From its high teas, Friday lunches, and cooking and decorating classes to its dinner theatres, outdoor music concerts, and holiday events, programs are laced with cultural experiences for everyone to enjoy. Upon arrival, patrons are greeted by one of over 80 volunteers. Often dressed in Victorian style clothing, a volunteer directs visitors to the main dining room where the staff and a team of over 80 volunteers serve as chefs, hosts, hostesses, and tour guides.
