The Broadway Guest House & Studio offer unique lodging alternatives providing modern accommodations in historic Granville, Ohio.

The Guest House offers full home privacy with a fully furnished three bedroom home.  Located just off Broadway, the Guest House sits in a secluded setting within walking distance to the heart of the Village of Granville and Denison University. 

The Guest House offers a fully equipped kitchen including granite countertops and stainless steel appliances.  The spacious and open living room is furnished with Crate and Barrel and Restoration Hardware furnishings, as well as a 50” television, and hardwood flooring throughout.  Next to the living room is a large furnished screened-in porch which overlooks a quiet and private wooded setting.  Bedroom 1 includes a California King bed with a luxurious mattress, hotel bedding, and television. Bedroom 2 includes two extra long Twin mattresses with down comforters.  Bedroom 3 includes a King size bed with television and adjoins to an open sitting room with pull-out sofa.  The home has a two car garage and porch overlooking the tree lined yard.  The 1800 square foot home can comfortably accommodate up to six people. 

The Studio offers 1000 square feet of modern living space.  The industrial style kitchen is fully equipped with commercial quality refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, microwave, and seating for four.  The kitchen is open to a spacious living room with a 50” cable television. and additional sitting room.  Restoration Hardware furnishings are located throughout every room of the Studio, including a pull-out sofa bed, distinctive lighting, and immaculate hotel quality linens.  Relax comfortably in Bedroom 1 on the Queen sized bed while watching the wall mounted television.  Bedroom 2 is timeless in style and accommodates one individual in the Twin bed, also with a wall mounted television.  The bathroom at the Studio is luxurious and heavenly.  The heated travertine floor welcomes you in with a free standing soaking tub directly facing yet another wall mounted television.  Across from the tub, step under the heat lamp and into the custom stone and glass shower.  The boutique style Studio is uniquely modern and accommodates up to 4 people, all while being within walking distance to the quaint offerings of downtown Granville.
